Here at Pride Stables we have taken in a number of horses, some in need of rehab and (re) training. I am blessed with an incredible talented and dedicated group of advanced students that help where needed.

 We are not a refuge nor a rescue.

 Untill we win the lottery we cannot accept "pasture sound" - "companion only" - or "broodmare sound" horses (we do not breed - as I believe there are too many good horses in need of homes as it is).

 We are HAPPY to accept "problem" horses with issues such as abuse or neglect. We find these very rewarding, even if results are not seen for years as in Riot's case.(See Riot's Story)

 All our horses must have the potential to support themselves one day = physically able to at least walk & trot under saddle.

All horses accepted into our family will never be sold or leased to anyone other than Pride Stables staff or students.We will put this in writing and provide you with pics and updates for as long as you wish.
